Coach Isaac is truly an amazing coach. With my schools coach I didn't even get close to pr'ing all season but when I only worked with coach Isaac for 2 weeks I pr'd my first meet with this team. I'm so grateful that i was able to find a great coach that helps me improve.

Knowledgeable coach won’t burn you out early season. Has good experience and knows how handle injury and prevent it as well. Workouts planned accordingly to meet days and planned end of season peak. Overall good coaching!
